Today you’ll go on an afternoon tour to see to see the famous Pura Luhur Uluwatu temple. It is an architectural marvel situated on the edge of 300 feet steep rock facing the ocean. This temple has some of the most exquisite architecture in Bali and was first built in the 11th century. You will watch the Kecak Dance performed outside the temple. It is a traditional dance using only oral music without any other instruments; with the obsessive sound of a “cak-cak-cak” choir sung from the men who sit in a circle around the dance.

Today the tour will begin with a viewing of a Barong & Keris Dance at Batubulan, and then will proceed to the arts & handicrafts center of Bali with such works as gold & silver at Celuk, woodcarvings at Mas/Peliatan, and traditional & modern Balinese paintings at Ubud/Peliatan. The highlight of the tour will take you to witness the spectacular view of lake & volcano Batur at Kintamani. On the way to Ubud, stops will be made at the holy spring temple at Sebatu, and at the beautiful rice terrace at Tegallalang. Arrive in Ubud in the afternoon and check in at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan.

Depart from hotel at around 3.00am to drive to Kintamani for Mt. Batur Sunrise trekking. The trek will start at 4.00am and it takes about 2 hours to reach the peak for a magnificent view of the sunrise. Light breakfast with tea/coffee will be served on the peak of this semi active volcano. Back to the hotel after the trek.

Transfer to the harbour for a speed boat to Gili Trawangan (Lombok). Transfer from jetty to Hotel Villa Ombak Gili Trawangan by Cidomo (traditional non-motorized vehicle of Lombok).
